Creating empty files
An empty file may be created within the control panel under Files > File Manager > Commands > Create File. Once created, the file may be edited within the control panel by selecting the Edit action under the Actions column.

Your primary domain may be changed within the control panel via Account > Settings. Once the domain has been changed, you will be logged out and required to log back into the control panel. See Also Resetting your account

Your account can be reset to its initial state – purging your existing files, databases, users, and e-mail addresses – by accessing Account > Settings. Enter the Konami code, ↑ ↑ ↓ ↓ ← → ← → B A, to begin the reset process. Once reset, your account’s state prior to reset cannot be recovered.
Primary user Passwords may be reset by clicking on “Forgot your password?” from the control panel login portal. An e-mail containing both your username and optional reset request will be sent to the e-mail address on record. Password reset requests are valid for only 2 hours. Visit Account > Settings to update your contact information. All administrative notices are sent to this account. If a different party is responsible for billing, then that may be changed via Account > Change Billing Info.
